Since 1999, Sweden celebrates the "kannelbulledag" a day invented by Hembakningsrådet, to celebrate their 40th anniversary. The thing was to get people baking home as well as to bring back the historic Swedish baking tradition. It makes sense, now that one can collect apples and all sorts of berries before the winter.
But we are Spanish and well, rather tired of kanel so we celebrate instead with something that mummy will like... Very much :P

Tarta de Frutas
- Base de hojaldre
- 4 huevos
- 45gr harina
- 150gr azúcar
- 500ml leche
- Fruta a placer
- Almíbar o mermelada de naranja amarga para rematar.
- Horno a 200C
