Biesl - Traditional Viennese food.

...who else LOVES pretzels?

With a HUGE hangover, we turned our way to Figlmüller, the most traditional spot for snitzel in Vienna.

Wiener Sniztel is a boneless meat, thinned with a hammer coated with flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs, and then fried. A popular food in many countries, it is made from veal, mutton, chicken, beef, turkey, or pork.

Easy:
- Start with a reasonable fillet.
- Smash it till it's as big as the plate.
- Batter & fry.

I didn't look so excited. In fact, I rarely eat meat. So I went for the salad and let the girls enjoy...
