Tracy Anderson Method : WORKS!

Some weeks ago, I talked with the desperation of someone who moves from Sweden to Japan, gets her inner system stabilized and realizes that the beautiful closet that took ages (& $$) to build NO LONGER FITS. Sounds familiar? You've probably been there, too.

This week, I'm gonna share my experience with Tracy Anderson : Metamorphosis, which I committed to, since last Monday. For those of you who've been follow this site for a while, you know I'm no sedentary person. I've danced, I've kick-boxed, I've run hard, to finish a Half-Marathon in 1h 45'.

After 1 week of Metamorphosis, I have to say that I'd never experienced a pain like that in my entire life. Sore legs speak by themselves, as in one week - counting kcal, not following the prescribed diet as it's tough or too expensive to find the ingredients in Japan - I'm 2.5 kg down. My tummy looks toned, I feel a lot happier, right being back on track.

After 1 week, all I can say about TAM is that IT WORKS:
- Just 1 hour, everyday.
- Burns fat: 30min high-impact cardio.
- Tones up: 30min mat exercise (you need a yoga mat & small dumbells)
- It's challenging, even for the physically active, as you work out in a different way.

I'll keep fighting and reviewing… But so far, so good. Stop her playlist and listen to Spanish radio.

Curious? Check Youtube! There's a lot to see, until you make up your mind to try and order online.

Nope.
