It's been an active week, where I completed a couple of goals:
- Get out and move, at least 4 times per week (5)
- Walk over 70km per week (75)
...nice to sit down, read VOGUE, wear an old favorite and watch Enrique enjoy the pleasures of Spanish life. Where beer is cheap and pitufos (name of these tiny sandwiches, that literally means "smurfs" as they are so small) are a National Right. If you take the pre-lunch drinks (aka vermouth) away from Spain, there'd be no remaining joy.
Judging by how crowded the streets are, well, people here are very happy.
Ham & cheese pitufo.
Here's how this lovely dress form Acne used to look like on me (about 3 years ago, when we had time and lived in a supportive environment, regarding on taking care of your health). I did my best with Sam, my trainer in Japan, but more often than not, I was so fucking stressed about all the changes coming up (specially the last 6 months there) that I would ease a little bit too much on the carb side of life... To make things worse, at night.
Given my metabolic disorder, it's not easy to maintain or lose weight. Unless you are very strict and committed to the lifestyle required to look and feel, the way you want. But hey, I won't cry over spilled milk. That's one of the reasons why we came back, right? To have more time, mangoes and salad bags. To fight my body (and my old wardrobe) back.
... and the end of the day, nothing matters most than feeling comfortable in your own skin.
Finally, I feel back to being strong, patient, full of hope & committment to change.

Carbs at night ain't such a bad thing, seriously, unless a compsumption of excess.
Anyway, today is San Vicente Ferrer, patrón de Valencia, mi tierra y mi santo, so, let's celebrate! 🎉😄 Beso!
Mine was that active that I grounded on bed at eight pm, yesterday. ☺️
