Bodegas El Pimpi 「マラガの一番美味しいタパスレストランは エル ピンピ」

El Pimpi

Even the Japanese know that El Pimpi 「エルピンピ」is a Tapas institution in Malaga. Founded in 1971, it is a celebrity hub, featuring al fresco dining, modern seafood spot (think of sleek white walls and huge glass windows) on top of the traditional, bodega style restaurant. Yummy as hell, perfect for some soul food facing the pretty views of Alcazaba, on a Sunday sunset.

El Pimpi

I could have done better on my sunscreen, but hey, there I was showcasing the nicely typographer menu, amid barrels and geranium flowers.

El Pimpi

Bloody mary, olives & some wine.

El Pimpi

Brought a perfect chance to show an interesting comparison: Can you guess which nails were done in Japan and which by the salon in calle Martires (by the way, run by a girl from China)?? NOT BAD!!!

El Pimpi

After such a nice weekend, I seriously was praying to not get back to work so soon...

El Pimpi

...I'm suffering in allergy, but hey. These purple sakura (whatever they are) lighten up my everyday.

El Pimpi

If you drop by Malaga, DO NOT MISS IT!!
