There isn't much people around, on such rainy chilly Sunday.
Even the Yoyogi Dog Run was empty during our morning power walk.
In days when you don't feel like staying in (as we are locked throughout the week due to work) a short ride on Hibiya Line brings us from Ebisu to Roppongi's shopping stravaganza, Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills (which we talked about here).
Tokyo Midtown is a really fancy environment, to explore the latest about déli, fashion and even take cooking classes in ABC Food Cooking Studio (no picture as it's NOT allowed to take pictures from the outside - guess how many perverts were coming...). While they put a huge effort on the Christmas Illuminations (which by the way, are still here) I am more impressed by the architectonic entrance and the pieces of modern art, left here and there.
Just around the corner, the smile factory has its doors open till late ^_^. Wan Petshop [WEB] has a branch open near Tokyo Midtown, which is a pleasure to visit (given that you are into kittens or puppies). It's impossible to leave without smile.
A heartwarming experience, very much welcome in these cold days. Loving Bengal Kittens with all my heart. This little guy was just jumping around so hard that he made the people on the street stop by (=^ * ^=) how cute is that?
Early enough to give the dough a little massage, we head back home. Kady, reached me how to make pizza dough (spoiler - really easy):
1. Mix 500gr of flower with one spoon on sugar
2. Mix 300ml of warm water mixed with one teaspoon of yeast and one tea spoon of olive oil
3. Put it all together and stir, until it turns into pizza dough
4. Keep it a plate covered with plastic for 6 - 8 hours until it grows
5. Just give a small massage, make a pizza base form, cover as liked and roast till brown at 230C
It didn't look so exciting (just with tomatoes and rosemary)...
...but it turned out to be awesome.
Here with the home signature salmon and pinch of avocado (yeah... I am hooked on it)
