Santi, rockin' London Calling in FLEX.
Some time ago, I started the Weddings of the World series. Featuring Traditional Spanish, Japanese and Swedish, along with alternative versions of the event as our wedding turned out to be. Several posts on the complex Japanese Wedding Manners came along, as it is a challenge for anyone invited to such memorable event.
Today, I will go one step before the Wedding, to the Bachelor Party. Because I think that Enrique's friend, named Santi is a real Rockstar and perfect example of everything you Bachelor Party should be. The guys, come all from Zaragoza. Studied in the same University, but didn't happen to meet until their ERASMUS in Vienna.
They became friends, forever. I mean, these guys are something.
Jose took the prettiest pictures of our Wedding and, together with Miki, escorted me to the Embassy. So you can imagine, how close they are. Thing is, they tricked Santi into a trip to Vienna, bought him an Ukelele that he played all over the city. For 3 damn days.

Incidentally, I was there. On vacation with my besties. Until we ran into them, walking down the shopping street. Ukelele in hand, Santi collected 20€ in something like 30s. Impressive. Hope you enjoy the pics and find some ideas for your friends.
Enrique showed up in Madrid. And somehow, convinced Santi to pack for the weekend. Guess he was so sleepy, that he didn't suspect what was about to come.
Everyone was there. Time for Vienna, for meeting Jose, for dropping by FLEX, eating MEAT and DRINKING BEER! MAN YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED! WE GOTTA KILL THE NIGHT.
The present looks more like a drug-dealer's bag. But it had to fit in the Ukelele. That's why.
The guys hit the streets, dressing Santi on a Flamingo. He didn't lose dignity, kept playing day and night. Creating smiles, making people drop some cash. I have to say, I respect this guy. He's a true artist, as you will see in the shots below.
They went all over the memorable spots (same as I did :P) starting by their hood's train stop, the one for Naschmarkt.
Through the museums, to the Quartier.
He kept lighting up faces.
New song, same charm.
Miki couldn't believe his eyes.
People were dropping damn cash to this guy!
Music, can only come from the heart.
Took seconds for these girls to open purses and dropped some coins.
Not even the kids, could resist him.
...and like this. Till late night.
Good morning, everyone.
Some takeaway sushi to soak it up, Enrique to take the token for a little while (yes, besides taking pictures and fixing all sorts of things, he can also play the guitar).
Brunch in the sun, maybe not as great idea as it seemed like.
But hey, if you are in Vienna, you gotta drop by Kunsthalle.
Thing is, they ordered fancy stuff.
To cheered for the good old days, as much as for the times to come.
Jägerbombs. Wigs. Fake Tatoos. The night was warming up.
Nothing can stop this guy. You can put a wig and fake tattoos, to make him look like the mythic Andy Warhol (a guy who used to be EVERY SINGLE NIGHT in FLEX), but he still keeps that aura of star.
Finally, it was the time. Friday night. London Calling Party in the hipster mecca of Vienna aka FLEX.
The DJ may look a bit like Pete Doherty, but hey, Santi kept owning the stage.
...until the sunrise.
Another breakfast, time to kill themselves.
They were joking, not so much beer that day.
It got 10C chillier and well, it was the last day of magic and good old times - for all of us.
The music never stopped. You gotta love this guy.
Right after the Church, is where they bumped into us. Enrique took this picture, we all smiled and went for the last drink in town.
Somehow it feels, that's how a Bachelor (Hen) party should be, right?

El Flamingo este andaba por casa de Jose (que vive en Viena) y lo cogieron, por hacer la gracia :D
El plan original se limitaba al Ukelele XD
